Pascal and Fanny Vermughen's philosophy can be summed up as follows: "The love of pleasing customers with the detail that makes the difference on the plate". And their plates are particularly beautiful, full of color and generosity: Aubrac beef pavé, veal t-bone, duck brochette with figs and honey, pike quenelles with lobster sauce and citrus rice. Pascal's inspiration knows no borders, with Korean bibimbap (beef, rice, fried egg) and Japanese chicken ramen. Fanny's cocktails and mocktails are also divine.

Opening time and information on NORD SUD RESTAURANT
Open Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm to 2pm and 7pm to 8:30pm. Open on brocante Sundays from 12pm to 2pm. Reservations recommended. Wine by the glass. A la carte from €30 to €35 on average. Pizzas from €12 to €20. Lunch menu €20 (starter/main course/dessert). Air-conditioned.
