New start for this well known restaurant in the bastide which serves meats, pizzas, salads based on local products.
Change of course in March 2022: new team, new kitchen, with the will to work with raw local products and if possible organic like the flour. The result can be seen in the quality of the meat menu (beef, pork, veal, duck), the pizzas but also the desserts with notably this plate from the famous Baechler cheese factory. The address lends itself well to a nice afterwork aperitif around a board to share and a good glass of wine or spirit chosen from a nice range. And always the vending machine with homemade pizzas!
