Accommodation in a cosy barge with terrace near a wooded park in Wambrechies.
When Ludivine and Julien, both restaurateurs, came across this boat for sale in 2018, it was love at first sight. Together, they transformed it into an unusual gîte, renamed La Bigoudène and decorated in the colors of Brittany. Inside, around 30m2 are fitted out with a fully-equipped kitchenette and plenty of storage space, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower and separate WC. Outside, you can enjoy the pretty terrace overlooking the wooded park and canal. The barge is the ideal starting point for beautiful walks.
