A circuit to walk in Wambrechies, passing by the canal of the Deûle, the country roads and the castle of Robersert.
The Genièvre circuit is ideal for hiking not far from Lille. This nice family circuit starts in the heart of Wambrechies, continues along the canal of the Deûle, before continuing on country roads. You can admire the castle of Robersart at the beginning, built in 1760, in Renaissance style, as well as, halfway along the way, the Catry brewery built in 1885, in Flemish style. Also on the way, the Claeyssens jenever distillery. For a shorter walk, a variant allows you to follow only one route around Wambrechies.
