The Auberge Flamande is not dead! After a 10-month closure, the establishment reopened in November 2023 with a new manager. Mélanie Vandenbussche has taken her place at the stove, accompanied by her husband in the dining room. On the menu, you'll find family-style cooking typical of the region: welsh, carbonnade, potjevleesch... However, with only 24 covers in the dining room (and 16 outside on sunny days), the restaurant quickly sells out. Reservations are highly recommended, especially if you're a large group.
