Loyal, gourmet and curious customers flock to his superb boutique, which is full of chocolate treasures. Here, no colorants or artifices are used, cocoa and its natural colors are respected. A talented creator, Vincent Gantois spends hours in his laboratory in Roubaix imagining the most beautiful and wildest chocolates. Yes, taming cocoa is quite an art! Each year, he transforms more than three tons of them into beautiful and tasty creations. And to avoid ruining anything, the chocolate factory is now a tea shop. A break is needed!
