Restaurant-bar with an interesting menu in a charming setting in Arras.

Vertigo is a concept in itself. This restaurant by day becomes a bar-ambiance by night. Once the restaurant closes, the curtain is drawn for a wild night. The DJ then goes into action to entertain the crowd. On the restaurant side, the menu is interesting: homemade foie gras, prawn tempura, Thai chicken (spicy as we like it)...
