One of the most beautiful, if it is the most beautiful restaurant in the city, located in the heart of the Universe Hotel which is no less. In addition to the developed environment, everyone can enjoy fine cuisine and adapted by Jean-Pierre Leaf, a former star star chef of La Faisanderie in person who has recently collaborated with the Clusius team as a consultant whose new card blends the flavours of the seasons. And it's as good as beautiful! The service is exemplary and if the stay continues in one of the rooms, you will have trouble doing better!

Très belle découverte, mets savoureux et de saison, bel établissement, serveurs attentionnés, rapport qualité/prix très intéressant.

Le cadre est vraiment très sympathique, c’est la cuisine qui pèche selon moi. Les œufs parfaits n’étaient pas coulant et la canette n’était pas assez rosée pour moi. Sinon les recettes sont simples mais bonnes.

Bon repas mais un peu déçue de retrouver 2 fois les mêmes champignons dans mon entrée et mon plat (menu à 45 euros). Tarte aux myrtilles bonne mais déçue par la pâte à tarte un peu ramollie par l'humidité, et je n'y ai pas bien perçu les marrons promis dans l'intitulé. Sinon service rapide et bon vin.
