Le Silex is a contemporary rotisserie: as you enter, two imposing rotisseries rotate behind the counter, before you settle into a convivial space! On the plates: roast free-range chicken, suckling pig shoulder (for 2), New Zealand lamb, rib-eye steak... Everything is homemade, from starter to dessert. The menu evolves with the aim of working only with local producers and following the seasons. And for non-meat eaters, there's always a vegetarian and a fish dish on the menu.
