Le Silex is a brand new contemporary rotisserie run by Charlotte and Mathieu. As you enter, two imposing rotisseries spin behind the counter: the tone is set! At Le Silex, you won't only get roasted free-range chicken! Suckling pig shoulder (for 2 people), New Zealand lamb, ribs on the bone, etc. Everything is homemade, from the appetizer to the dessert. The menu will evolve in order to work only with local producers. And for the non meat eaters, a vegetarian dish and a fish are always present on the menu.

Ambiance chaleureuse et intimiste, des plats d'une qualité excellente et irréprochable et un personnel très accueillant et très sympathique !

Cela faisait longtemps que nous n'avions pas si bien mangé.
Entrée, plat, dessert.
Les portions sont généreuses mais pas trop lourde a déguster.
La viande est délicieuse et bien servi.
on arrive a finir ses desserts
qui sont copieux mais leger a digérer.
Ambiance sympa en cave pour notre première venue.
Service impeccable.
