THE THEATRE
Inaugurated for the first time in 1785, this theatre is one of the few arrageois buildings to have escaped from 14-18 shells and not to have deplored any fires, unlike other theatres built at that time. After renovation work, it reopened in early 2007. For the Italian theatre, six metres of depth were dug for a lobby and one of the four old walls of the castle's th century castle has been updated. The old Orphéonistes Hall welcomes the rooms and the rehearsal hall of the artists. Two other rooms, the concert hall and the André Reybaz hall, welcome theatre rooms, concerts and other shows. The theatre has a capacity of about 380 places, which is to celebrate lovers of Italian theatre! The Teatro d'Arras is now certified as the "Music and theatre" stage.
