Le Rat Perché aims to provide access to culture for all: concerts, discussion forums, debates, courses, etc. The menu is entirely organic: local beers, a selection of teas, other original local drinks including a completely transparent cola drink... As for the food: carbonade or welsh, it's local and good. And here's a great initiative: you can buy a "perched meal", which is a meal or coffee for someone in need.
