AR'TOIT 2 GENERATIONS

Founded in 2005, this association connects students looking for housing and elderly people with a roof to offer in Arras or within the urban community. An exchange of good processes that allows everyone to find their account: " tenants "to benefit from a low-cost, or even free housing, and to the" welcoming "to have a presence at their side. Two formulas are currently under way: the student is accommodated free of charge (except for charges, from around € 60 to approximately € 50), but provides presence and small services to the person receiving it; or he carries out a small rent (about 150 €, charges included), without "counterparty". To apply, simply contact the association by phone or by email. Then it is maintenance, with the presentation of the association's charter and the preparation of the file. Finally, last step, signing a contract for one year (or less) and installation. For the last year, seven'couple'came into being, which mainly concerned young people in training or alternating.
