Installe dans le bâtiment historique de la ville, ce qui facilite sa visite, il est documenté et le personnel est de bons conseils surtout pour une visite complète de la ville et connaître les horaires des différents musées

C'est ici que vous prendrez vos billets pour visiter les boges et le beffroi, sinon multitude de documentations gratuites sur la ville et la région, on vous expliquera aussi pour vous conseiller dans vos visites et surtout vos donner une idée des prix pratiqués. Ici on a l'accent et le sourire et on est très compétent et on prend le temps de vous écouter et renseigner, ne pas manquer de voir aussi le rez de chaussé du bâtiment avec les géants d'Arras en exposition.
