Every day, the wide choice of creative cakes with enjoleurs names (Vertigo, Latifolia, Big Bang, etc.) where the poppy mingle with the kranichbar candy of your youth is a feast for the eyes. As for macaroons with unusual perfumes, they are a real asset: sweet (greens green-basil, jasmine-redcurrant, poppy-vanilla-strawberry, etc.) but also salted (foie-flower-fleur or white nose), they go into tasting boxes as a precious treasure.
