POULOU PIZZA
Pizzeria making pizzas with copious toppings to take away or to enjoy on the spot.
Watch out, little jewels! It is completely unexpected addresses, including simplicity at first hiding real treasures and this small business of Accous is part of it. If you like pizzas, it's simple, it's unavoidable, and it's not Spanish customers who tell you the opposite, some cross the border only to savor them! Poulou, of his true name Pascal but almost forgot it since time, is an unconditional of fresh produce of its valley. It has to be said that it is generous and it is in this area that it draws for the topping (very copious!) of its pizzas. Do not look for frozen or preserved products, only the market filling the kitchen. Don't look for the recipe of the dough, its finesse and lightness will surprise you… but its secret is jealously guarded by the chef! Some forty specialties are à la carte, to be tasted on site or to take away and all are fabulous. To name but two, hold La Poulou with a tomato base, ham, busted ham and cheese cheese or Pyrenees with fresh cream, potatoes, onions, largies, egg and cheese: magic!
