Nous reviendrons assurément.
Wir hatten vom 09.09.2023 auf den 10.09.2023 eine Zimmer gebucht. Am Anreisetage war aber kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar. Die Inhaberin kam nach einer halben Stunde und zeigte mir eine Buchungsanfrage von uns für den 27.09, in der Mail war das Datum herausgelöscht. Diese Mail stammte aus dem Jahr 2021 und man hatte damals kein Zimmer mehr frei. Man behauptete wir hätten zu diesen späteren Zeitpunkt reserviert. Meine mitgeführte Buchungsbestätigung sowie den Korrespondenzverlauf wurde als falsch dargestellt. Ein einfaches „Sorry“ wir haben da leider einen Fehler gemacht wäre OK gewesen. Aber mit fast schon krimineller Energie uns den Fehler unterzuschieben ist schon dreist. Nie wieder frage ich hier an.
