L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel connaît très bien son boulot !
We had booked in February 2015 a room at € 71. In accordance with the owners we were to pay our stay from August 29th to August 30th in holiday vouchers.
When we asked to pay, the owners refused our holiday vouchers, under the pretext he had just taken over the property and that it did not accept holiday vouchers or tickets restaurants!!!! Moreover, the room was not at € 71 anymore but at € 81. It did not want wanting to know and did not make any commercial gesture.
I very find very dishonest person his bad faith; It had to become familiar with the Emails exchanged by the former owner and to become familiar with reservations which had been made before its resumption at!!!
otherwise, it is fine for the management of its!!! ….
Moreover, you can order a PERRIER who on the menu is charged € 4.60. you have to pay € 5!!!
We ate terrine, which requires bread!!!! and we have to ask again 2 times!!! if you request it is not offered to us!!!
In the room, a towel had a hole in the middle!! congratulations!!
We were in a room for 3 people and there is not only a door towel which is located behind the toilets! not very hygienic!
We were 3 people, and there were 2 goblets and 2 small bars of soap!! FIND THE MISTAKE!!!! …
And, more frustrating is the hypocritical air of the owner after this disagreement for laws!!
We will return never again in this establishment and the owner is too dishonest person so we recommend his hotel restaurant.
