In Chèvremarie, there are goats of Mary-Ange, but also pets pets, dogs, cats and hens. This peasant girl created the site in 2002. Exploitation is the result of hard work and everyday passion. His three sons and Jean-Pierre, his husband, willingly put his hand to the dough, so there is to be done with the 80 goats, especially! The cheese milk of Marie-Ange's goat is known, its fresh cheeses flavored with its cheese pies as well. She also makes sweet and savoury pies on order. The patronne is inexhaustible about the benefits of goat's milk and many schoolchildren come to the educational farm. But not that! Adults also take pleasure in visiting the Chèvrerie, in contact with animals, to explain the different stages of cheese manufacture. And, of course, to tasting! Farm products can be found in the Audruicq and Calais Nord Place d'Arms markets.
