The Auberge de la Coulotte works mostly with local producers, and you can feel it in the plate: the cuisine is made with seasonal and regional products, and it is declined in different dishes of traditional inspiration, from conchiglioni to snails with garlic cream to veal kidneys, through the famous andouillette d'Arras from Chez Becquart. Très bon accueil, personnel à l écoute, pleins de bon conseils. Très bon rapport qualité prix, dans un cadre sympathique. Les produits sont de qualité, tres bonne préparation. Une petite suggestion, un plat pour les personnes ne mangeant pas de viandes ni de poissons serait un plus sur la carte.
