Stop off at the pretty setting of the Pecoitz house. You'll have the pleasure of sampling traditional Basque cuisine, with meat and fish specialties. The chef will introduce you to local produce with generous dishes and regional specialties: duck foie gras, porcini omelette, cod piquillos, pig's trotters, suckling lamb, roast or salted pigeon (house specialty) depending on the season, Basque cake, coco-lait "real whole milk flan".
