The chef, a master restaurateur, will make you discover local products with generous dishes: duck foie gras, omelette with porcini mushrooms, cod piquillos, pig's trotter, duck foie gras, suckling lamb, roasted pigeon or in salmis (house specialty) depending on the season, Basque cake, coco-lait "real flan with whole milk".
