In a rather atypical setting, close to the runways of the Lens airfield, you'll enjoy a cuisine that honors prestigious meats. We can't recommend enough the Black Angus flank steak or onglet, served in French bistro-style dishes. The plates are particularly hearty. And as the quality of the raw material counts for a lot, it's worth pointing out that all these meats come from France, Ireland and Great Britain. The service is smiling and efficient, to say the least. An address you'll want to visit again and again!
