In a most atypical setting, at the foot of the runways of the Lens airfield, you will enjoy a cuisine that honors prestigious meat. We cannot recommend enough the flank steak or the black angus onglet, served in dishes inspired by the French bistro. The plates are particularly copious. And the quality of the raw material counts for a lot, all these meats come from France, Ireland or the United Kingdom. The service is smiling and efficient. An address that all carnivorous amateurs will appreciate!
