A new establishment offering an open kitchen with local products on the menu.

Bertrand and Gauthier warmly welcome you to their new establishment which offers fresh products in an open kitchen. The menu is voluntarily reduced, which is a guarantee of freshness. The local products are honored as the maroilles that you will find in the mussels and French fries. The fish are local, cooked under your eyes. The desserts are simple (crème brûlée or chocolate mousse) but homemade and the gourmet coffees are really tasty! Let's go ! all at the table !

Repas très bon, les services très accueillants et chaleureux. Malheureusement le pain servi n'est pas très bon, je vous propose de changer un boulangerie.

Des mets moyens. Une attente des commandes et du service Inacceptable: 35 mn pour prendre la commande et 45 mn pour servir les plats. Rajouter 20mn pour les desserts. Le responsable réfute la notion d'attente inacceptable d'autant que nous n'avions pas été prévenu. Je dois rajouter que beaucoup d'autres tables étaient pareilles.
Etablissement à déconseiller. Même pas un mot d'excuse du responsable qui refuse la notion de relations humaines avec ses clients.
