Je ne pensais pas que l’on apprenait aux personnels d’accueillir les clients ( qui ont donc payé leurs chambres) d’une tél manière. Mal polie, agressif, menaçant et j’en passe. Très mauvaise expérience je ne conseil pas si vous voulez venir passer du bon temps sur la côte…
