Jean-Yves Matifas, craftsman-confiseur, has been perpetuating the family know-how since 1922. Here, everything is made by hand. The berlingots are made in front of your eyes and the spinning is undoubtedly the most spectacular operation. The thickened sugar block is hung on a hook and is spun before being transformed into exquisite coloured and perfumed apple, melon, violet sweets... Pleasure for the eyes, but also for the palate, with the sugar in all its states (candy, vergeoise, coloured...) and all its forms (lollipops, berlingots, marshmallows...).

Une jolie boutique de confiserie avec son style ancien propose berlingots et sucettes aux saveurs d'antan, fabriqués devant vous. Un artisan confiseur qui aime bien évidemment son métier.
