Although it is a bit out of the way, this restaurant has a solid reputation in Béthune and is therefore well worth a visit. The establishment is composed of three spaces and a terrace. The atmosphere is hushed with lounge flavors in the evening and more dynamic at lunchtime. Here, the menu changes every three months, you will find among others: mushroom ravioli with porcini cream, rump steak with pepper mignonette, scallops from Boulogne, maroilles crisp, poppy crème brûlée... Le point fort de cette expérience a été le service exceptionnel fourni par les serveurs, qui étaient incroyablement serviables et d'une grande gentillesse tout au long de la soirée. Leur attention aux détails a vraiment ajouté à l'ambiance chaleureuse du restaurant.
Dans l'ensemble, je recommande vivement le restaurant L'O à la Bouche pour sa cuisine savoureuse et son personnel attentif. C'est un endroit où je prévois certainement de revenir.
