In the spring of 2023, Top Chef candidate Sébastien Renard will open his Maison Renard. In the heart of the town of Béthune, in a historic mansion that was the stronghold of Marc Meurin, who received his first star there, this restaurant and B&B will welcome you with a cuisine of passion and rigor. In his own words: "I want to create a restaurant where I can hear people laughing, so that we can still say that it's all about happiness". Choose from the La Clef, Le Jeu de Clefs and La Clé de Sol menus.
