This country inn is open at weekends to complement the wine activities of Rémy Biwand. All the dishes are homemade and made from local products taken from local friendly producers. You will also discover the wines produced here from organic grapes as well as some rather classic Alsatian specialities, but very well executed, in the purest regional tradition. On order, you will enjoy baeckehoffe, matelote or garnished sauerkraut. For all your events, the place can be privatized.

De passage avec mon fils dans la région, j’avais été attirée par le concept de l’auberge.
Les aubergistes sont très agréables et la cuisine est délicieuse. Cela nous a permis de découvrir des plats régionaux conseillés par la patronne.
