Country inn offering homemade dishes and wines made from organic grapes.

This country inn is open at weekends to complement the wine activities of Rémy Biwand. All the dishes are homemade and made from local products taken from local friendly producers. You will also discover the wines produced here from organic grapes as well as some rather classic Alsatian specialities, but very well executed, in the purest regional tradition. On order, you will enjoy baeckehoffe, matelote or garnished sauerkraut. For all your events, the place can be privatized.

Lecker und authentisch mit sehr sympathischem Service
Wir sind eher durch Zufall hier gewesen, waren aber so begeistert, dass wir wiederkommen werden. :)
Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service ist sehr freundlich und familiär. Sämtliche Speisen sind hausgemacht - das schmeckt man vor allem beim Flammkuchen mit dem selbstgemachten Boden. Einfache, ehrliche, bodenständige Küche, die schmeckt.

Juste en face du petit musée de la tonnellerie (à voir), vous êtes reçu simplement et très cordialement. La cuisine de M Biwand est excellente, la tarte flambée de Mme Biwand est la meilleure que je connaisse. Arrosé cela d'un petit pinot gris, c'est le bonheur assuré.
Profitez de votre passage pour aller faire un tour en barque dans le grand Ried, a Mutterholtz, M Unterstock vous enchantera.
C'est l'Alsace authentique et chaleureuse qui vous accueille.

nous sommes clients depuis 17 ans et fideles a chacunes de nos vacances .josiane et remy sont des hotes tres acceuillants ,il n y a pas un seul plat que nous n aimons pas ,tout est frais et de qualite, remy produit un excellent vin de la plantation a la livraison ,josiane s occupe du servive et du jardin et nous regale avec ses desserts,bref on adore .il n est ouvert que le week end car la semaine remy et dans ses vignes, et josiane prepare shutney ;confiture ... un vrai plaisir ;excuser les si ils ne sont pas toujours disponibles,il faut mieux reserver ca affiche souvent complet

The flammekueche are made here from a homemade pasta spread with rollerblading and not rolling mill. There are taste and material.
Not given elsewhere, a subtle tarte flambée with tome cheese Illwald!. All dishes (pies, bulges, kugelhopfs snails, gratin Munster or duck breasts) are copious and tasty.
Ideal for gourmands and gourmet wishing to eat at a very reasonable price of tasty dishes in a warm and relaxed atmosphere thanks to the facundity of Josianne, the lady who will make you quickly at ease.
As for the host, BIWAND Remy, it is organic chef but also wine grower.
To accompany your meal, aperitif dessert, therefore offers its own organic wines produced in Alsace Dambach-la-Ville.
