All our dishes are homemade by Pierre and Jean Michel with fresh local products, such as Aldudes cured ham, Manex pork, "herrikoa" meat born and raised in the Basque country...and not forgetting our speciality, our seafood PAELLA served with farm chicken and homemade pure pork sausage
