Family-style cooking using local produce from the farm: black pudding, Banka trout, lamb and Basque pork parillada cooked in the brazier, axoa, homemade ham, omelette with porcini mushrooms in season, Ossau-Iraty cheese... The Laxague family also offer tours of their breeding farm and day excursions, where you can go up to the mountain pastures for evening milking and cheese-making.
