A marvellous view of the surrounding countryside when you stop here! You're in the heart of the beautiful Aldudes Valley to enjoy generous, well-crafted local cuisine. Family-style cooking using local produce from the farm: black pudding, Banka trout, lamb and Basque pork parillada cooked in the brazier, axoa, homemade ham, omelette with porcini mushrooms in season, Ossau-Iraty cheese... The Laxague family also offer tours of their breeding farm and day excursions, where you can go up to the mountain pastures for evening milking and cheese-making.

Produits locaux incroyables cuisinés de manière simple mais efficace.
Juste un manque de choix, une petite salade en plus au menu serait génial
Service un peu désorganisé mais nous étions une grande table.
La viande est aussi locale, les glaces délicieuses, le tout pour un tarif qui reste abordable .
