A very pleasant family restaurant, with its cosy, fully renovated dining room and large terrace in the heart of the Aldudes valley. The chef cooks with local, seasonal produce, carefully selected from local farmers. Cédric and Ana carry on the tradition of honoring the terroir, and their signature dishes are concocted with great care. Banka trout, Kintoa Basque pork, lamb, Ossau-Iraty sheep's cheese... Authentic homemade seasonal cuisine.

Jambon, gravelax de truite, secreto de porc... un régal et belle expérience avec le gin et tonicité Basque ainsi que coktail à base d'armagnac blanc.
