LA MATELOTE
Restaurant with an excellent quality-price ratio, where the chef favors seasonal fish.
Is it still necessary to introduce the chef Tony Lestienne, renowned for his talent and his table which have made Boulogne-sur-Mer a gourmet stopover? Very involved in the management of local fisheries, he favours seasonal or little-known fish. His cuisine is not only focused on the sea, but also knows how to have his feet on the ground with his foie gras marinated in chicory and fleur de sel du cap. The menu changes every quarter, a good excuse to come back and enjoy the excellent value for money of this Michelin star holder since 1982.

In the hotel there’s a pool / wellness to have some fun! The restaurant with *star is a really plus but unfortunately not accessible for kids because the dinner starts 19.30
