Is it still necessary to introduce the chef Tony Lestienne, renowned for his talent and his table which have made Boulogne-sur-Mer a gourmet stopover? Very involved in the management of local fisheries, he favours seasonal or little-known fish. His cuisine is not only focused on the sea, but also knows how to have his feet on the ground with his foie gras marinated in chicory and fleur de sel du cap. The menu changes every quarter, a good excuse to come back and enjoy the excellent value for money of this Michelin star holder since 1982.

Très agréable hôtel, personnel très professionnel et disponible. Bien situé juste en face du centre Nausicaa.
La literie est excellente, l'espace détente est vraiment très appréciable.
Quant au petit déjeuner il est absolument excellent avec des produits de qualité et un service irréprochable.
Place de parking payante mais sécurisée.
Bref un excellent séjour.
Quand à l espace " detente" ...quand on autorise des enfants à sauter du jacuzzi dans la piscine et vice versa..avec les cris et tout ce qui va avec...on appelle cela un espace loisirs .
Salle, service, cuisine, ambiance, tout est parfait !!
Nous reviendrons encore et encore !!
Pour le reste, le personnel est agréable, tant que l'on ne pause pas trop de question.
