Mr. and Mrs. Pépin welcome you to their farm to offer you their cheeses made with whole raw cow's milk. Pressed or dry-rind cheese, fresh plain or with herbs, cheeses are made the old-fashioned way, just after milking. Their specialty? The Artois flower, of course. An uncooked pressed cheese, made the old-fashioned way as soon as the milking is finished. Made according to traditional methods, it has an incomparable flavour, which can be enjoyed with a good glass of wine!
