Led by a passionate chef, L'Inédit offers a bistronomic cuisine made with fresh and seasonal products. The small menu offers dishes made on the spot, from the starter to the dessert. One of the dishes on the menu is an "original" welsh made with grilled ham on the bone. Julien Specque, the chef of the place, originally from Bruges, loves his region and its marked flavors and revisits them with brio! On Sundays, the chef proposes a special formula with products bought at the market stalls.
