At the Cité des Électriciens, you will find four lodgings and one furnished room in the heart of the old mining town. Each one is named after a former inhabitant whose story you will discover: Léon, Jacob, Marie-Jeanne, Alice and Rosalie. In a decor that is both retro and modern, mixing a formica table with totally modern equipment for example, you will feel "at home". It is the ideal place to stay to enjoy the activities of the city.

Réhabilitation d"anciens corons de la deuxième moitié de 19e siècle, transformés en musée de l'habitat minier.

Une belle réalisation sans doute mais... On est loin des arts et traditions populaires, des béguinages flamands ou même de l'origine ! Soft and clean c'est le mot d'ordre elitaire qui ne ravira sans doute pas la population du crû. Aucun lien non plus avec la voirie historique de Bruay.... Un spot pour touristes, pas beaucoup plus, dommage pour l'effet d'entraînement quasi nul.

Très bel endroit pour entretenir la mémoire de notre région et saluer la vie de nos aînés .

Très intéressant mais il faut savoir que le lieu est plus tourné vers l'avenir ( lieu d'artistes par exemple) que vers le passé
