NATUR HOUSE

Natur House is a weight-loss method created in Spain. It is offered by 350 centres in France. Opened in early 2013, the one of Calais has two graduate dieticians and nutritionists who will familiarise you with the method. The objective: from 600 grams to 1 kg less per week thanks to a food plan developed according to your needs. A dietary assessment is offered by the team and will define the food rebalancing that will best suit your lifestyle. The dietary regime is completed with a mandatory weekly consultation which is necessary in order to monitor your weight loss. It is free of charge, only food supplements are charged. A long term follow-up is planned in order to sustainably secure your new silhouette.
