The wine list features no less than 350 different wines selected by Eric the sommelier and purchased directly from small independent producers. Eric and Damien will find the right wine for you. The cuisine is traditional: salmon tartar with knife, soy, shallots, lime, guacamole, world pepper, fresh shrimp wok, risotto... and a 3-cheese slate or an ice cream sundae. Wine-tasting evenings are organized regularly throughout the year, with a different terroir or region to discover.
