The atmosphere oscillates between relaxation and formalism. Welcome to the restaurant of the Saint-Pierre hotel school! The 160 students of the school take turns in the kitchens and dining rooms under the watchful eyes of their teachers. In total, 32 place settings are setup for lunch: reservation is required! The students do their best to help you discover traditional French cuisine or specialties of the world. The yearly menus are detailed on the website of the hotel school as soon as school starts or you can also have them by phone. It is better to inquire because the menu with starter, main course and dessert is unique and changes daily. On Friday evening, the restaurant offers themed evenings with entertainment and gourmet menu. Success is guaranteed and reservation is required several weeks in advance. Prices are affordable! This school restaurant only charge consumed goods.
