Myriam Pont is a local girl who has become the ambassador of an entire region, and was awarded the Ordre National du Mérite in 2017! This "peasant of the seas" fishes on foot on the Côte d'Opale and, all year round, in Calais, she sells her mussels and her creations such as soups and preserves. Her fishmonger's is now a member of the Collège Culinaire Français, a distinction awarded to only 3,000 producers - that's how high the quality of her products is! Some ready-made seafood platters to take home and enjoy.
