This fitness center has been completely renovated this year. The lighting creates a warm atmosphere and forty new self-service machines are at your disposal. Zumba classes (Latino-fitness dance) and Gravity (for performing exercises using your weight and gravity) are some of the activities performed here. Finally, Jérôme Poison, the director of the centre offers an efficient slimming and toning method to the members.
