CALAIS GRS

The club was set in 1973 and has been very successful over the past thirty years. In 1982, it took part for the first time in a European championship and one of its members was champion of France from 1984 to 1987. This Calaisian pole later on became the regional training centre and it attracted the greatest talent people of the region. Very quickly, it became France pole and it is in Calais that the French gymnastic team trains, before the Atlanta and Sydney olympic games. However, its last satisfaction is completely from Calais: Delphine Ledoux, French champion since 2009 went to London last year. Quite a success!
