You will always think about this millefeuille if you taste it: the flaky pastry is caramelised and its cream is a vanilla mousseline that makes this pastry one of the best in Calais. The bakery offers macaroons at 50 cents each and is also famous for its "Calais" (local cake made with mocha coffee), its chocolate sprites and its chocolate sweets (extra almond with hazelnut and praline mousse). A limited choice of great taste!
