Whatever the season of the year, Monsieur Lasuen presents his beautiful vegetables on the pavement in the heart of Calais. They are carefully tasted and selected at the Lille wholesale market twice a week. Some local vegetables like radish, salad, leek or chivots are also available depending on the season.
