Philippe Buffetaud, originally from the Périgord region, has worked in many starred restaurants. Accompanied by his wife Sylvie, they ran another great restaurant in Carvin for nearly twelve years: Le Charolais. Wishing to continue his work in a smaller and cosy setting, he created La Table des Amis in 2010. Well placed on the Grand Place of Carvin, the establishment gives pride of place to fresh products and homemade food. The welcome is warm and friendly, nothing stuffy or pompous. An exceptional table that deserves a visit!
