A talented roaster, caterer and wine merchant, Peio and his team open the doors of Le Poulailler restaurant, where conviviality rhymes with quality... Large tables where you'll huddle together to keep your place, to enjoy the scents of roast chicken, duck breast, lamb mice and generously garnished dishes made by these same roasters; all in a market hall atmosphere. With products from the Landes, Périgord and Basque regions, the emphasis here is on authenticity and freshness. The season inspires the menu, and the profession does the rest!

La cuisine, le service, l’ambiance tout est parfait. Nous nous sommes régalés les produits sont très qualitatifs. C’est une petite adresse à avoir et à partager. Mention spéciale pour le foie gras qui est incroyable et le fait d’avoir le petit jus de cuisson au milieu de la table pour se servir autant qu’on veut c’est vraiment top. Merci pour votre travail!

Wonderful little restaurant in Anglet near the golf course, with roast meat the centre piece. We had the chicken, pork, rabbit and duck all of which were delicious with roast veg, rillette and salad sides. Desserts were also very tasty, the salted chocolate mousse was probably the star. Lovely staff, magnificent wine available at 10E above takeaway prices at the table.

Un véritable délice ! J'ai adoré chaque plat du restaurant. Peio, le gérant, est adorable et accueillant. Son attention envers les clients est remarquable. Une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale qui rend le repas encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour une expérience culinaire mémorable !
