Friendly, quality restaurant serving generous, authentic, fresh dishes in a market hall atmosphere.

A talented roaster, caterer and wine merchant, Peio and his team open the doors of Le Poulailler restaurant, where conviviality rhymes with quality... Large tables where you'll huddle together to keep your place, to enjoy the scents of roast chicken, duck breast, lamb mice and generously garnished dishes made by these same roasters; all in a market hall atmosphere. With products from the Landes, Périgord and Basque regions, the emphasis here is on authenticity and freshness. The season inspires the menu, and the profession does the rest!

Une belle expérience client : l’accueil est très chaleureux, le service est rapide, que ce soit en traiteur ou dans la partie restaurant. On nous a donné de très bons conseils, et les produits sont de très bonne qualité. Si vous y allez, n’oubliez pas de goûter le gratin dauphinois : il est excellent !
